Eligible items must be in good condition, undamaged, with all components and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be processed if the item does not meet these conditions.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply, determined by our team after the return is received and inspected.


Warranty Claims & Faulty Devices

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty items).


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product according to our guidelines. Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund so you can place a new order.


One-Year Warranty

Our products include a one-year warranty for up to two replacements due to manufacturing defects or if the item is not functioning upon arrival. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse or accidents.
